Founded in 2017, TopVhod is a company, providing services as a professional housekeeper for buildings and houses. They have an online platform, which allows customers to control everything about their building and manage all the bills online.

Their Goal:

TopVhod wanted to introduce the new platform to the market and capture new high-intent leads and convert them into real customers within 14 to 30 days.

Their Solution:

Sequential Retargeting with Direct Lead Generation Campaigns We have built the whole campaign into several phases.

Phase 1.

Awareness of the new platform and bringing users to the website where we have developed a custom landing page for the campaign.

Phase 2.

Retarget the customers who did not sign up with different creative and Unique selling point to go back to the page

Phase 3.

Another retargeting with a different angle and unique selling point. Here we used direct Lead Generation Campaigns to let people fill their information within Facebook.

Phase 4.

Another Retargeting for people who clicked the Button but did not sign up with a special offer.

During the whole campaign, we have created some new creatives for Audience Network since we saw most of our leads were coming from there. Also, we have excluded several age groups that were not performing and left with their top-performing age group 30-55 where the clicks were a bit higher but that was the target audience which was converting. With our custom-developed landing page we managed to achieve a 12,4% Landing Page Click through rate that was one of the main reasons for achieving our goal.

Their Success:

With TopVhod we carefully planned the Campaign to attract new high-quality leads and 50% of the users sign a contract. 14 day after the campaign we resulted in:
