Newpoint started with the idea of creating a new generation complex that would offer its residents the best living conditions possible. Freedom, space, and nature – were the key concepts on which we build a completely new type of complex for the city of Varna.
Their goal was to launch the project successfully and gain more qualified leads which would be turned into reservations. The secondary goal was to measure the brochure downloads which show a purchasing intent.

We have created a lot of Facebook Campaigns and a posting plan, each of it delivers a different message. With such a strategy we not just increased the number of new leads but also Newpoint reported that the quality of the leads increased drastically.
